Figures are general information for the period stated and are not an appraisal of any specific property. Citywide figures are on Toronto house prices by property type and in the August 2026 Toronto market report.

The short answer

Agincourt is a mixed market in north Scarborough. TRREB reports it as two communities in its Toronto East district, Agincourt North and Agincourt South-Malvern West. Together they recorded 107 sales from April to June 2026.

The two halves sell different homes. Agincourt North is led by houses, with a median of $847,500 across all property types. Agincourt South-Malvern West is led by condo apartments, with a median of $528,000. Condo apartments were 52 of the 107 sales across both communities and detached houses were 34.

Transit runs on rail and buses rather than the subway. Agincourt GO, on the Stouffville line, sits on Sheppard Avenue East. TTC buses run west along Sheppard to Don Mills station on Line 4 and south to Kennedy station on Line 2.

What homes cost

The table above lists each community and property type separately. Read the property type rows rather than the two headline medians, because each headline mixes detached houses near $1,000,000 with condo apartments under $500,000.

In Agincourt North, TRREB recorded 45 sales with a median of $847,500 and an average of $794,738. The 17 detached sales had a median of about $1,085,000 and an average of about $1,074,000. Semi-detached houses had 4 sales at a median of about $888,000.

Condo townhouses in Agincourt North had 6 sales at a median of about $684,000. Condo apartments had 13 sales at a median of about $415,000. TRREB also recorded 3 sales in its “other” category at a median of about $978,000 and 2 freehold townhouse sales, too few for a reported price.

In Agincourt South-Malvern West, TRREB recorded 62 sales with a median of $528,000 and an average of $654,948. Condo apartments set the volume, with 39 sales at a median of about $445,000. The 17 detached sales had a median of about $990,000 and an average of about $1,041,000. There were 2 semi-detached sales, 2 condo townhouse sales and 2 other sales, too few for TRREB to report a price. There were no freehold townhouse sales.

The average sits above the median in Agincourt South-Malvern West because detached sales near $1,000,000 pull the average up against a larger group of condo apartments. In Agincourt North the average sits below the median, because the condo apartment and condo townhouse sales pull it down.

The by type figures are read from TRREB’s charts, which print values in thousands, so treat them as approximate. With 4 to 17 sales in most rows, a single quarter can move. Compare several quarters before you set a price. Use recent sales in the same building or on the same street where you can.

Housing stock

The City of Toronto’s Neighbourhood Profiles use the same two names as TRREB: Agincourt North and Agincourt South-Malvern West. The 2021 Census shows how different they are.

Only 24.1% (2,195) were in apartment buildings of five or more storeys. 78.5% of households owned their home and 21.5% rented.

Agincourt South-Malvern West had 24,170 residents in 8,895 private dwellings. 44.2% of dwellings (3,935) were in apartment buildings of five or more storeys. 31.0% (2,760) were single-detached houses. 69.6% of households owned their home and 30.4% rented.

The rest of the dwellings in both areas were other Census structure types, which include apartments in duplexes and apartments in buildings under five storeys.
